Prices

Price per ticket: 13 Euro, reduced 10 Euro.
If you buy more than one ticket for differt events, discounts are offered:
2-3 tickets 20 %, from 4 tickets 30 %. The festival-ticket for all events costs 50 Euro (limited number, untransferable).
This offer is only available at the House of World Cultures' ticket counter.

Tickets have to be picked up one hour before the event starts.

You can pay by EC or credit card (VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Card).

Please note that a special fee is charged for advance bookings and reservations.
Ticket vouchers can also be bought in advance at all the usual advance ticket offices and box offices. Tickets can also be sent by post: please make out a collection-only check to the Haus der Kulturen der Welt to arrive no later than 4 working days before the date of the event at Busch/Dähn Veranstaltungsdienste, John-Foster-Dulles-Allee 10, 10557 Berlin. There is a delivery charge of 2,50 Euro, independently of the number of tickets ordered and the delivery address.
Dispatch is effected at the risk of the ordering party. The Haus der Kulturen der Welt is not liable for any loss of tickets or for delayed delivery due to errors in the delivery address submitted to us or to long delivery times.

Delivery periods

Tickets are sent by post. We expressly recommend that you state a German delivery address. In our experience, the delivery times (and therefore processing bookings) are as follows:

Germany: 3 working days
Austria, Switzerland, France, the Benelux countries and Scandinavia: 5 working days
Eastern and Southern Europe: 10 working days
Other regions: 20 working days

If tickets cannot be sent in time, they will be deposited at the box-office.

Advance bookings for certain events:

• Advanced bookings at your local ticket agency with the CTS eventim-Logo, only for events marked with the CTS logo.
• If you wish to book your tickets by phone direct with CTS eventim please call the ticket hotline: +49 (0)1805-570 070 (12 cents per minute). You can book your tickets by phone anytime from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m., on Saturdays between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and on Sundays between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m.
